Multiple ways to learn

Choose your family’s weekly rhythm.

Both full programs keep your child moving forward and keep you genuinely in the loop. Pick the balance of campus and home that fits your family — or build your own schedule from our core courses below.

The 2/3 Program

2 days on campus · 3 days at home

MON
TUE
WED
THU
FRI

For families who want school and home to be the same world. Two full days on campus building skills and working through challenges together — and three days that belong to your family. Use teacher-guided pathway activities or chart your own course around what your child is curious about. Either way, your child stays on track and goes deeper.

Build your own schedule

Prefer to piece it together?

Morning core bundle

Math, language arts, and our challenge launchpad course together each morning — a focused core without the full-day commitment.

Afternoon challenge course

Project-based problem and solution development in the afternoon — layer it onto your mornings, or take it on its own.

Individual core courses

Enroll in just the subjects you need — math, language arts, or challenge launchpad — on their own.

How to join

The admission process

Four steps — no pressure, just a real conversation about whether Wayfinders is the right fit.

  1. 1

Get to know the community agreements

Read and discuss the Family Partnership Agreement, and read the student pledge with the children you hope to enroll.

    Read the agreements →
  2. 2

    Reflect on a few questions

    Come ready to talk through:

    • What excites you most about Wayfinders Academy?
    • When you imagine your child flourishing at school, what does that look like?
    • How do you know your child is learning and growing? What evidence feels meaningful to you?
    • What does a good parent–school relationship look like, and what is each side responsible for?
  3. 3

Fill out the application of interest

Studio spaces are limited, so don’t wait too long.

    Apply now →
  4. 4

    Invitation to register

If our conversations confirm Wayfinders is the right fit — for your family and for ours — we’ll extend an enrollment invitation and send the formal documents your way. Once the Family Partnership Agreement and Wayfinder’s Pledge are signed, your child’s place is held with a $50 per-child non-refundable deposit.

The fine print

Payment, refunds & withdrawal

Payment schedule

Tuition is paid by semester — Fall and Spring. Payment for each semester is due before the first day of that semester, unless other arrangements are approved in writing.

A $50 non-refundable deposit reserves your child’s place. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, and a student’s space isn’t guaranteed until it’s received.

Refund policy

Withdraw before the first day of a semester and any tuition paid is refunded in full, minus the $50 deposit.

Once the semester starts: within the first 2 weeks, 50% of semester tuition is refunded. After the first 2 weeks, no tuition refund is issued.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals require written notice to the administration; refund eligibility is based on the date that notice is received. If the school cancels a program, prepaid tuition for that semester is refunded in full.

Exceptions for extraordinary circumstances may be requested in writing, at the school’s discretion.

Paying for it
