Rather than dividing the calendar year into traditional terms, Wayfinders organizes learning around challenge-based themes — seven of them this year. Each theme presents a real problem with many dimensions, and students choose which aspects they want to dig into deeply enough to develop meaningful solutions. It is a structure that gives every learner a genuine stake in what they are working on and a real reason to keep going.
